Can't I just use a valuation calculator or comparable from Crunchbase?
Comparables are a starting point, not an answer. GCC investors don't value companies the same way US or European investors do. Market size assumptions, traction benchmarks, and sector appetite all differ. What matters is whether your number is defensible in the room, not whether it matches a spreadsheet.
What if I've already told investors a number?
We'll work with where you are. If the number is off, we'll help you either defend it or walk back from it gracefully. Both are manageable depending on where you are in the process.
Is this only for pre-seed or seed?
Primarily yes. The session is designed for founders pricing a pre-seed or seed round. If you're at Series A, the dynamics are different and we'd likely scope a broader advisory engagement.
