When you submit a form on our website — including the valuation calculator, seller intake form, or buyer application — we collect the details you provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, business name, sector, revenue and financial information, and your reason for selling or buying.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we automatically collect standard analytics data including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages. This is collected via Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

• To match sellers with buyers — your business information is used to identify relevant acquirers from our network. No personal or business details are shared with any buyer without a signed NDA.
• To contact you — we use your email and phone number to follow up on your submission and keep you updated on the process.
• To send relevant reports — if you requested the Deal Readiness Report or subscribe to our GCC M&A updates, we'll send you that content.
• To improve our service — anonymised analytics data helps us understand how visitors use the site and how to improve it.
• Internal operations — leads are stored securely in our CRM (Attio) and managed by the Dopamine team only.

We do not sell your data. Ever.

If no transaction proceeds, we retain basic contact and business information for up to 3 years for legitimate business purposes. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6).

Under UAE Federal Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL) and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable, you have the right to:
